BANKING

How can I find out my account balances?
You can access your balances by using our Virtual Branch website or by calling the MARS phone line. We encourage members to use these methods before calling the office.

How do I notify the Credit Union of my address change?
Any change of address must be in writing and forwarded to the credit union office.

Are my deposits accounts federally insured?
Yes, all deposits are insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration, an agency of the federal government. Also, all deposits over the federally insured limit are insured IN FULL by the Massachusetts Share Insurance Corporation (MSIC).

How do I set up Direct Deposit of my payroll check?
Members wishing to set up direct deposit should notify their payroll office and provide them with CTFCU's information.

ONLINE BANKING

What is required to use Online Banking?
Your account number and the last four digits of your Social Security Number are required for initial enrollment to our Online Banking System.

Can I look at all of my transactions at any time?
Yes, our Online Banking System is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and 365 days a year.

What accounts will I be able to access through Online Banking?
All accounts to which you are authorized and have been given access to.

What happens if I forget or lose my password?
You can click on the Forgot Security Code link and a temporary password will be sent to your email address.  Or you can call the office during business hours and speak to a Member Service Representative and they will be able to assist you. 

Do I have to give my email address to be set up for Online Banking?
Yes, you will need to provide an email address in order to be setup for Online Banking.
