1. Lobby open to one member at a time

2. Bring your id to present at the window to be buzzed in

3. It's mandatory to wear a mask fully covering your nose and mouth while waiting outside and during your lobby visit

4. Maintain at least 6 foot physical distance waiting outside from other members waiting and those exiting

5. Do not enter immediately after another member exits – we disinfect the area after each member appointment

6. Walk right up to the table and do not reach or come around the vinyl barrier pole
